About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Medicare Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, driving self-generated sales, and meeting sales goals and metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build community relationships and drive sales growth through face-to-face interactions with customers and external business partners.
  • Meet sales goals and metrics while working independently and as part of a team.
  • Interact with customers through various channels, including face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions.
  • Sell individual health plan products and educate customers on our services in a field setting.
Requirements
  • Active South Carolina Health Insurance license.
  • Experience with technology, including high-level use of laptop and mobile phone applications, and an understanding of CRM tools or other sales/marketing resources.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Excel and Outlook.
  • A valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
  • Residency in the local territory (Spartanburg County).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active South Carolina Life license.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in TEAMS and PowerPoint.
  • Experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism.
  • Experience selling Medicare products.
  • Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance.
  • Prior experience in public speaking and presentations.
