About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Guy Roofing, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for closing contracts with commercial sales customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring partner and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Account Management: Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within our established processes, ensuring suspect identification, planning, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Customer Engagement: Responds to customer requests for information, provides online presentations, and engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the construction industry.
  • Reporting and Communication: Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.

Requirements
  • Education: Two or four-year degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years' prior experience in a sales role, with a demonstrated track record of closing opportunities in a competitive market.
