Job Description

Sales and Development Manager

At RK Partners, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and develop candidates into learning and becoming successful advisors within Financial Services.
  • Mentor new Financial Advisors and lead by example with a strong personal advisor practice.
  • Recruit new candidates to join the team and participate in weekly Recruiting meetings.
  • Facilitate national training program sessions and hold individual coaching and case development meetings.
  • Develop leadership skills and continue personal and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Fully licensed with L, A&H, and security licenses required.
  • Proven self-starter with a demonstrated success record.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to positively impact someone else's life.
