Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Midwest Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan to achieve business objectives.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and retain existing clients through effective relationship-building and solution-oriented practices.
- Drive a proactive approach to client engagement and increase customer penetration through a diverse group of clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
- Provide sales and marketing support to the outside sales team and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food processing or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Expertise in sales strategy, contract negotiation, and business development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
