Position Summary: The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in formulating, executing, and managing marketing strategies aimed at boosting the company's market presence and revenue streams. This position involves leading our marketing team in the United States, focusing on both digital and field marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the marketing strategies and promotional activities, along with overseeing the daily operations of the US marketing team.
  • Design and implement marketing and product strategies aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Manage all marketing initiatives related to product/service promotions, including online marketing campaigns and offline events such as conferences and trade shows to generate sales leads.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other internal departments to develop lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing partners and vendors to achieve promotional objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly/bi-weekly reports on marketing initiatives and key performance metrics.
  • Supervise two marketing specialists, fostering a company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention, and high performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in biological sciences, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
  • At least 3 years of experience utilizing data analysis to assess performance and refine marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in marketing tools and applications such as Salesforce and Constant Contact, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Capability to develop strategic visions and execute corresponding plans.
  • Willingness to travel for marketing events and activities.

Compensation:

  • Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, plus bonus opportunities.
