About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Activation Manager to lead the creation of engaging campaigns that capture the essence of our brand expressed in our products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an annual campaign activation calendar, launching compelling traditional and digital marketing campaigns, including managing content, budget, timelines, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product marketing teams, our digital center of excellence, and other relevant teams to identify the right tactics and produce high-quality campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Track campaign performance, using data to make informed improvements for every subsequent campaign.
  • Continuously look for new ways to expand our customer base and challenge our team on new ways to engage.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of industry experience in Campaign Planning & Activation or related functions.
  • Experience in marketing within healthcare, medical technology products or solutions, creating or tailoring campaign assets, and confident in digital campaign best-practices B2B.
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • Experience in designing, building, and executing annual marketing plans coordinated amongst multiple businesses.
