Your Responsibilities:

  • Formulate comprehensive content strategy plans that align with business objectives and target demographics.
  • Manage both short-term and long-term content calendars, demonstrating agility in producing content for urgent requirements.
  • Work in partnership with design, campaign, and events teams to ensure cohesive and clear messaging across various platforms and campaigns.
  • Investigate current industry trends and develop innovative content concepts.
  • Engage with internal and external specialists to craft compelling viewpoints.
  • Adapt global marketing campaigns and collateral toolkits, assess their effectiveness, identify areas of customer interest, and enhance visibility.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Brings over 10 years of experience in content development and/or marketing, with a preference for agency experience.
  • Demonstrates expertise in digital and print content strategy, content creation, content audits, gap analyses, value propositions, persona development, messaging frameworks, SEO best practices, and aligning business goals with audience segments.
  • Capable of meeting the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
  • Exhibits a results-driven mindset, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach with a proven track record in a complex organizational environment.
