Senior Copywriter (Cambridge, MA)

The Senior Copywriter in the Experience Design and Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) will deliver best-in-class creative with the goal to shape people's perceptions of the Philips brand, especially in Health Systems, and inspire them to engage.

Your role:

  • Lead content planning exercises including user/customer journey mapping, storyboarding, scripting, messaging and content gap analyses to ensure customer-first experiences at all points.
  • Provide content consultation and editorial support for digital, marketing and communications stakeholders.
  • Create content models, templates and copywriting guidance to drive cohesive, on-brand and on-strategy deliverables throughout health systems.
  • Effectively build and manage relationships with internal marketing stakeholders. Work in close partnership with senior leadership to provide creative that is both strategically and creatively exceptional.
  • Liaise regularly with stakeholders to ensure creative is strategically aligned across all platforms and is on time.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience.
  • You've acquired 5+ years' experience either agency or brand-side copywriting for Health technology focused businesses.
  • Your skills include:
    • 3+ years' experience working directly within creative software (Figma, Adobe suite, MSFT products, etc.).
    • Experience working within highly regulated environments; comfortable working with regulatory & legal teams.
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects through all phases of production.
    • Comprehension of social marketing strategy and 360 campaign development.
    • Deep knowledge of digital content strategy.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You are skilled in staying aware of current trends and conversations, with the ability to interpret those into creative marketing and digital content. You have experience successfully facilitating workshops (helpful, preferred).
