Key Responsibilities:

The Group/Conference Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue for our hotel operations. This includes setting objectives and executing action plans to meet financial targets through room bookings and catering services. Continuous analysis of current clientele and identification of new business opportunities is essential.

Main Duties:

- Develop strategic plans to increase revenue and maximize profitability.
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract clients.

- Communicate recent upgrades and available options to clients.

- Gather client feedback to encourage repeat business.

Work Schedule:
