We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Post Falls. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, determining their needs and preferences
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, take customers on test-drives, and prepare for successful sales
  • Explain product features, options, and benefits to customers
  • Complete paperwork and work with sales managers to close deals
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand vehicle features and warranty
  • Introduce customers to our Service Department, highlighting quality and efficiency
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products and features
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test
