Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vacation Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a fast-paced retail environment. As a sales leader, you'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of sales representatives. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, selling vacation packages, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule sales associates to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and team member activities.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales and leadership experience, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
