As a driven sales expert with over 3 years of experience in medical sales focused on Post-Acute and Extended Care, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales growth across DME, long-term care, skilled nursing, and home health markets while working collaboratively with distributors. Your success will depend on your knowledge of third-party billing, proactive identification of business opportunities, and a steadfast commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships within the Home Health and Post-Acute market to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with supply/materials management, distributors, and various end users in the extended healthcare sector.
  • Generate new business and enhance existing client relationships in Post-Acute Care by introducing innovative products, delivering product presentations, and clarifying product features and benefits.
  • Partner with distributor management and sales representatives to synchronize sales and marketing initiatives, broaden business prospects, and elevate customer service.
  • Diagnose and address customer challenges effectively.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including completing sales documentation, maintaining customer records, preparing regular expense, sales, and activity reports, assisting with special projects, analyzing customer product mix and sales volume, and processing orders.

Work-Life Balance:

  • Travel requirements: 40-60% overnight travel.
  • Coverage area includes: NC & SC.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Medical Device/Supply sales with third-party billing knowledge.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on achieving goals, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary credentialing, which may include COVID-19 vaccinations.
