Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President to lead our Enterprise Sales team in the US. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving booking targets across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 4-8 Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
- Collaborate with other members of the sales leadership team to ensure overall quota is met
- Manage and coach team members to achieve sales success
- Work closely with resellers and channel partner teams to drive sales growth
- 10+ years of direct sales experience, with 5+ years in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader
- At least 2 years of experience selling to or with State and Local government contractors focused on the U.S. Public Sector space
- Working knowledge of business process automation and experience qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi-departmental solution sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts
