Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Frontier Communications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and supporting sales talent within a designated region, focusing on acquiring new Residential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and lead a team of internal and contract sales professionals to track and improve results each month through motivation, headcount growth, and vendor engagement.
  • Assign territory to sales professionals while managing KPIs and sales activity within the assigned territory.
  • Develop fresh insights and techniques to reach more households with fiberoptic internet.
  • Beat our competition and delight our customers every day.
What We Offer:
  • Salary Range: $61,000 to $155,000
  • 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

Requirements:
  • Unwavering integrity, unrelenting drive, and continuously improving
  • 5+ years of experience in residential telecommunications (cable, telco, or fiber) sales experience with demonstrated success
  • 3+ years of experience leading top-performing sales teams
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, emotional intelligence, and proven ability to influence others
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization
  • Bachelor's Degree suggested or equivalent experience
