Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at SERVPRO of South Palm Beach. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in growing our restoration company by identifying and building relationships with new business partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts to build relationships with potential clients, including property managers, and other professionals in related fields.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed revenue goals and grow market share.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our company and services.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
