About the Role

Aroma360 is seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team in a dynamic call center environment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into lucrative sales for Aroma360.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Sales Conversion: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to transform pre-generated leads into sales opportunities for Aroma360.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Leverage the power of Salesforce CRM to efficiently manage your sales pipeline and ensure seamless progress tracking.
  3. Engagement Excellence: Seamlessly handle live transfers from our scheduling assistants, engaging with potential clients who express interest in Aroma360 products.
  4. Revenue Growth: Drive substantial revenue growth and consistently surpass sales targets, demonstrating your prowess as a seasoned sales professional.
  5. Client-Centric Approach: Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate enduring client relationships that reflect the premium quality of Aroma360.
  6. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting Base Salary: $55,000 plus bonus potential of up to $1,200 in the first 4 months. OTE $90,000 - $140,000
