Job Summary:

The Executive Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of the organization. This position is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, arrange travel logistics, and process expense reports.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including planning and agenda management.
  • Track departmental activities and key performance indicators.
  • Compile and analyze information, preparing reports and correspondence as needed.
  • Organize and maintain essential personnel documents and departmental records.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and vendor contracts.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  • Support company initiatives and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in the biotech or medical device sectors is advantageous.
