About the Role

VectorNav Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical consultation support to existing and potential customers in the Western US.

You will work closely with our Navigation Applications Engineers to conduct remote and on-site sales and technical support activities. This will involve attending trade shows, managing incoming sales inquiries, and interfacing with production, engineering, and inside sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products and technical support.

We are looking for a motivated individual with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Engineering, or Communications, and 2+ years of B2B inside/outside sales experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and technical consultation support to existing and potential customers
  • Conduct remote and on-site sales and technical support activities
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide technical and sales assistance
  • Interface with production, engineering, and inside sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products and technical support
  • Maintain sales/business development information in CRM software tool
  • Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate customer feedback

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business Management, Sales, Engineering, or Communications
  • 2+ years of B2B inside/outside sales experience
  • Customer service experience; preferably in defense, aerospace, or related industry
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment
