Service Center BDC Representative

Business Development Center (BDC) Representative - Service
The BDC Representative plays a crucial role in managing all incoming service inquiries, fostering relationships with clients, and coordinating appointments for service consultants. This position requires daily interaction with the BDC Manager, Service Associates, Service Managers, support personnel, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming service calls and inquiries
- Assess client needs and schedule service appointments
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients
- Address all client concerns prior to the appointment, including costs, warranty inquiries, and appointment length
- Confirm appointments with clients ahead of their scheduled date
- Send marketing correspondence to potential leads
- Conduct follow-up calls after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Background in customer service, sales, or telemarketing
- Proficient in computer use, with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to read and understand instructions and information
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
