Business Development Center (BDC) Representative - Service
The BDC Representative plays a crucial role in managing all incoming service inquiries, fostering relationships with clients, and organizing appointments for service consultants. This position requires daily interaction with the BDC Manager, Service Associates, Service Managers, support personnel, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming service calls and leads
- Assessing client needs and scheduling service appointments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Background in customer service, sales, or telemarketing
- Proficient in computer use, with strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Capability to read and understand instructions and information
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- BILINGUAL - SPANISH
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
