You will manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale, manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new, and search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources. You will build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates. You will conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates, mentor and develop entry level sales consultants across the office, have an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposals, and negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates.
Requirements
We are looking for a sales and recruitment professional who is ready to bring the energy, passion, and determination it will take to maintain our reputation as an industry leader. Our ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum in b2b sales or recruitment environment, prospecting experience, closing business, familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools, a positive attitude and desire to win, and a BA/BS degree or equivalent. You will be adaptable, coachable, and curious, and you will thrive in new situations where you can think on your feet.
