Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team in various functions and initiatives. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and conducting initial screenings.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, and assist in HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in employee relations matters and help ensure a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and logistics.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software, knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
