Job Overview: We are collaborating with a prominent construction firm to identify a meticulous and driven Human Resources Coordinator to become a part of our team. The successful candidate will assist the HR and Accounts Receivable departments with various administrative functions and play a vital role in the organization's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is precise and current.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews, meetings, and training sessions as required.
- Process payroll and guarantee timely and accurate distribution.
- Manage accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR and Accounts Receivable departments as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in collections.
- Proficiency in payroll processing.
Preferred Attributes:
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Highly motivated with strong communication skills.
Employment Type: This position is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
Work Environment: This role requires full-time onsite presence.
