The successful candidate will assist the HR and Accounts Receivable departments with various administrative functions and play a vital role in the organization's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is precise and current.
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews, meetings, and training sessions as required.
  • Process payroll and guarantee timely and accurate distribution.
  • Manage accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing, billing, and collections.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR and Accounts Receivable departments as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in collections.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Highly motivated with strong communication skills.

Employment Type: This position is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
