Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in recruiting or human resources.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Incentives:

A hiring bonus of $1000 is available, distributed as follows:

  • $500 after 30 days of employment.
  • $500 upon successful completion of a 90-day review.
