About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President, Strategic Operations to serve as a vital partner and trusted advisor in executing our key initiatives. In this capacity, the VP will engage in executive meetings, collaborate with senior leadership, and liaise with various stakeholders to drive the organization's strategic objectives. We anticipate that the impact of this role will be evident in a short timeframe. The ideal candidate will possess a high emotional intelligence, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments while meeting stringent deadlines.

Your Responsibilities...
  • Act as a senior adviser, confidant, and strategic consultant, ensuring all loose ends are addressed.
  • Utilize keen instincts to assess situations, identify challenges, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Provide high-level support in decision-making processes, including synthesizing complex data to prepare briefings, conducting research, and formulating recommendations.
  • Coordinate with teams to prepare briefings and conduct research for meetings with key stakeholders, identifying objectives and relevant discussion points.
  • Oversee the operational rhythm for the executive team, managing meetings, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities as necessary.
  • Manage the workflow of the executive, ensuring optimal time management and focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and review communications, reports, and presentations tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Exemplify the organization's values and mission, inspiring and motivating colleagues to achieve excellence.
In the role of Vice President, Strategic Operations, you will report directly to the executive leadership.

About You
