**Job Summary:**

The Chief Administration Officer is a senior leadership role that oversees the organization's operations, financial management, and human resources function.

This role requires a strong leader who can drive strategic planning, develop and implement policies and procedures, and manage budgets and resources effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to advancing DEI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the organization's operations, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and IT infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead the human resources function, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the nonprofit sector, with responsibility for operations, finance, and human resources.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic financial planning.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Commitment to advancing DEI initiatives and fostering an inclusive work environment.
