Interim HealthCare, the nation's first home care company, is seeking a Business Development Representative with a passion for healthcare and a drive to succeed. If you have a strong sales background and an ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, you'll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare referral sources and prospective clients
  • Create and implement account development strategies to target and grow accounts
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations to healthcare organizations and community resources
  • Track and report all prospecting, account development, referral, and sales activity
  • Meet with operational managers to monitor customer service levels and review target accounts
  • Assess and sign up home care clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare services
  • Demonstrated knowledge of home health services, referral sources, and payors
  • Understanding of state and federal home health standards and regulations
  • Experience with home care assessments and staffing services is a plus
  • Ability to travel locally and maintain a weekly call schedule
  • Excellent communication skills, goal-driven mentality, and ability to work independently
