Job Overview

PDI Health is a rapidly expanding company that provides mobile examination services to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and patients' homes, aiming to alleviate immobility. With offices in NY, NJ, DE, CT, RI, PA, MD, VA, and MN, we strive to provide exceptional care and services nationwide.

The Client Relations and Development Manager plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and potential clients. This involves partnering with them to understand their business objectives and needs, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
    • Communicate and coordinate with operations to meet client needs and expectations.
    • Regularly visit clients, adhering to PDI standards.
    • Attend client meetings, Quarterly QA's, events, and other requested gatherings.
    • Provide training, in-services, and helpful communication to clients on proper ordering, procedures, and processes.
    • Respond to client inquiries and issues.
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including setup and training.
  • Client Development
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospects through various communication methods, strategies, and resources.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring contracts are fully executed before services are rendered.
  • Client Management and Development
    • Attend tradeshows, networking events, educational forums, and industry-related gatherings.
    • Engage with industry trade associations and groups.
    • Contribute positively to the customer/prospect experience by collaborating with the entire PDI team.
    • Effectively manage client and prospect activity in the CRM, keeping relevant information up to date.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, vendors, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to drive new business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high emotional intelligence.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and CRM databases.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Prior experience in Mobile Radiology, a clinical background, or experience in the Long Term Care industry is a plus.
