Clinical Training Specialist

Position Overview:
The Orthopedic Training Specialist will collaborate with fellowship programs and influential professionals in the surgical field, offering expert consultation, educational resources, and support for key orthopedic areas within the healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the exchange of voice of the customer (VOC) insights, contributing to the education and advancement of both emerging and established orthopedic procedures, products, and techniques.
- Support the organization and execution of training labs, educational courses, and industry trade shows.
- Work in close partnership with the sales team in a designated region, providing essential training and field-based sales assistance.
Qualifications:
Education: A degree in a relevant field (AS/BS/MA) is preferred, with credentials such as PA-C, RN, or ST being advantageous.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid nursing and/or surgical technologist certifications are required.
Experience:
- A minimum of five years of operating room experience, with at least three years in a commercial capacity, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Direct exposure to an operating room or laboratory environment is essential.
Experience Level: Intermediate Level
