Key Responsibilities - Soccer Training Specialist:

  • Design and implement a high-quality soccer training curriculum that aligns with the goals of both the group and individual athletes.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with athletes, parents, and guardians regarding player progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback to all soccer players based on their performance during training sessions and competitive matches.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MAGIS training methodologies and contribute to their enhancement.
  • Inspire confidence and a positive mindset in soccer players, extending the impact beyond the field.
  • Collaborate with MAGIS team members to continuously evaluate program structure, content, delivery, objectives, and resources, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Keep the MAGIS Director informed about athletes' performance and ensure alignment with MAGIS's mission.
  • Participate in all MAGIS team meetings and organizational gatherings.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High level of expertise in soccer, training, and instructional methods.
  • Bachelor's degree in physical education, sports management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum college-level soccer playing experience (coaching experience at the collegiate level is highly preferred).
  • Strong dedication to athlete development.
  • Fluency and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to motivate others.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to develop quick solutions.
  • Willingness to listen and learn.
  • Ability to connect with players on a personal level.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Capability to lift, move, push, and pull training equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to transport athletes to training sessions and games.
  • Access to space for storing training materials.

Employment Type:

Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation:

Part-Time: $45-$65 per session / Full-Time: $50,000 Salary with benefits

Part-Time: 10-13 sessions per week / Full-Time: 14-20 sessions per week
