Medical Call Center Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
PeopleShare is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Medical Call Center Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordination of case management for all assistance requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and provide assistance to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Document case notes and maintain accurate records in accordance with quality and customer service standards.
- Respond to travel-related inquiries and provide support for company services.
- Receive and evaluate non-emergency and emergency requests for services, prioritizing calls and escalating as necessary.
- Provide liaison services to members, clients, and providers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Perform data entry, maintain files, and reference manuals, and perform other clerical duties as required.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service and/or assistance industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Spanish or Arabic speaking is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to speak, listen, and write in a professional manner.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
