Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator is a key role within Vector Security and Vector Security Networks, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to both internal and external customers. This position requires a high level of problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to coordinate service calls and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Service Appointments: Coordinate service appointments with customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Utilize Software: Leverage software to select the most suitable technician and document travel requirements.
  • Ensure Service Levels: Verify that necessary parts are available to maintain optimal service levels.
  • Manage Technician Schedules: Coordinate and manage technician schedules throughout the day to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm with high accuracy while speaking with customers.
  • Computer Skills: Above-average computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Professionalism: Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people at all levels.
