Position Overview:

  • Schedule: 3 shifts of 13 hours each per week; includes nights and weekends on a rotating basis.
  • Compensation: $17-$18 per hour.
  • Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent.
  • Bilingual Requirement: Proficiency in Spanish or Arabic is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the precise coordination of case management for all assistance requests by performing research, providing support, and documenting case notes in line with Quality and Customer Service standards.
  • Engage with clients through a 24/7 operational framework, staffed by skilled, multilingual emergency-certified medical and assistance professionals.
  • Address travel-related inquiries to facilitate the company's services.
  • Handle both non-emergency and emergency requests for services; gather pertinent information, input data, and prioritize calls for service; serve as the initial point of contact for clients via phone; escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all case management-related information utilizing Case Management Software (CMS).
  • Conduct data entry, manage files and reference materials, and perform various clerical tasks.
  • Act as a liaison for members, clients, and service providers.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Assistance sectors, or a comparable combination of education and experience that equips the candidate with the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities for this role.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Arabic is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in speaking, listening, and writing.
  • Proficient in time management and organizational skills.
