Position Details:

  • Schedule: 3 shifts per week, each lasting 13 hours; includes nights and weekends on a rotating basis.
  • Compensation: $17-$18 per hour.
  • Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent.
  • Bilingual Requirement: Proficiency in Spanish or Arabic is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the precise coordination of case management for all assistance inquiries by conducting thorough research, offering support, and documenting case notes in line with established Quality and Customer Service standards.
  • Work within a 24/7 operational framework staffed by experienced, multilingual emergency-certified medical professionals.
  • Address travel-related inquiries to support the company’s services.
  • Handle both non-emergency and emergency requests for services; gather pertinent information, input data, assess and prioritize calls, and serve as the initial point of contact for clients via phone, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Utilize Case Management Software (CMS) to document all relevant case management information.
  • Engage in data entry, maintain organized files and reference materials, and perform additional clerical tasks as needed.
  • Act as a liaison for members, clients, and service providers.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or the Assistance sector, or a comparable combination of education and experience that equips the candidate for success in this role.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Arabic is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in speaking, listening, and writing.
  • Proficient in time management and organizational skills.
