Account Executive - Transportation Industry

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transportation industry, leveraging your network and sales skills to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to position our solutions effectively and provide insights to clients.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within the SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
