Compensation:


Competitive base salary between $70,000 and $75,000, complemented by a commission structure of 2-5% on enhancement sales. BraveView, Inc. is a distinguished provider of both residential and commercial landscape solutions, well-established in the industry. Our services encompass full-scale maintenance, including mowing, irrigation, and horticultural care, alongside design and build offerings.

We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, which includes upscale residential properties and commercial establishments such as corporate headquarters, office complexes, and select homeowners associations. Our ideal candidate will excel in client relationship management, quality assurance, and the ability to propose enhancements that maximize property aesthetics.

This role requires a proactive approach to identify and address potential issues related to turf, plant, and tree health, acting as the client's representative. Responsibilities include presenting tailored solutions and collaborating with Operations Managers to ensure properties maintain a vibrant and healthy appearance. Additionally, involvement in winter snow services will be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with clients.

2. Develop and uphold a schedule for conducting site evaluations during formal meetings to ensure service quality and expectations are met.

3. Lead or assist in resolving client issues or inquiries.
4. Proactively propose site enhancement concepts to current clients.
5. Coordinate floral and garden bed designs.
6. Ensure timely renewals of all accounts within the client portfolio.
7. Identify and pursue opportunities for ancillary service sales.
8. Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and clients.
9. Generate precise estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as required.
10. Communicate consistently with Production Managers to meet or exceed client needs and expectations.
11. Oversee service delivery according to the defined scope of work.
12. Maintain acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and additional services.
13. Schedule consistent and timely site visits.
