Position Overview

United Talent is actively seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular inspections of multiple rental units to assess maintenance requirements.
  2. Address building repairs promptly, including handling work orders and preparing apartment units for new tenants.
  3. Establish and execute preventive maintenance strategies to mitigate future issues.
  4. Supervise and perform repairs related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural integrity.
  5. Collaborate closely with Property Managers to resolve maintenance challenges effectively.
  6. Maintain open lines of communication with tenants regarding maintenance timelines and updates.
  7. Perform routine safety inspections and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained.
  8. Quickly address safety concerns to uphold a secure living environment for residents.
  9. Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive measures.
  10. Provide regular updates to the Property Manager regarding property conditions and ongoing maintenance tasks.
Work Schedule & Compensation:

Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional on-call shifts. Starting pay is $20 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications:
  1. Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening and background investigation.
  2. Experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and general maintenance is preferred.
  3. Strong communication skills are essential.
  4. Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions.
Benefits:
  • Referral Bonus: Earn $40 for each new associate referred who completes 40 hours, and an additional $100 after they reach 100 hours, with no limit on earnings.
