About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Sales Executive to join our team at InterSystems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of prospective and existing end-user accounts, hospitals, and IDNs (Integrated Delivery Networks), to generate sales revenue and ensure a productive and profitable business relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business revenues with healthcare organizations, including identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts.
  • Account Management: Act as the principal liaison between InterSystems and end-user accounts, developing and enhancing business relationships by providing high levels of service and encouraging contact with accounts at various organizational levels.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and addressing customer needs, and developing and executing business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Product Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback from customers regarding product performance, and provide input to product development and support services for product fixes and enhancements.
Requirements
  • Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including key topics and trends impacting IDNs/Health Systems, such as payment reform, HIE/interoperability, population health management, etc.
  • Technology Sales Experience: Have a proven track record of technology sales success, with a minimum of 8 years of experience selling software solutions into larger IDNs/health systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Education and Training: Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
