Healthcare Technology Management Specialist (Cambridge, MA)

We're seeking a Technology Management Specialist, to partner with Enterprise Client Executives (ECE), Service Solutions Account Managers (SSAM), Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Modality Sales Specialists from the various businesses as part of the Health Systems Sales organization, our Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) enterprise selling organization. This role is essential for helping HSS drive business initiatives including Lifecycle Refresh and Managed Services opportunities by gathering customer installed base data; analyzing current performance; composing the (economic) value proposition driven by new technology; and creating business cases for the customers. The ideal candidate has the ability to combine advanced data analytics, healthcare technology management and business acumen, influencing Total Cost Ownership (TCO) directly with customers. The role supports approximately IDN's. Travel 30%.

Your role:

  • Healthcare Technology Management
    • Work with business units to understand the latest technologies and related value propositions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the relevant installed base information, enrich this with customer information and map it against best practices (expert-based benchmarks) to build a comprehensive technology plan
    • Prepare value simulation models to identify the economic value of upgrading a customer installed base to the latest available technology
  • Customer-Facing Presentations:
    • Lead the presales stages of the opportunity by providing deep & effective presentation of technology management (retire, upgrade, replace & right-size) with a focus on customer needs and defined solution.
    • Present solution and map against customer requirements with understanding of competitive/other factors impacting deal closure.
    • Create visually compelling and insightful presentations for external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Support:
    • Work with ECEs and SSAMs to identify and qualify partnership opportunities.
    • Drive a data-driven consultative approach in collaboration with our customers and the account team, focusing on the value a comprehensive technology plan can bring for the customer installed base (fleet).
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure presentations adhere to compliance standards.
    • Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address any compliance-related concerns.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Clinical Practice or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) or professional certifications is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare technology or combination of equivalent related experience and education
  • 5+ years of experience developing healthcare solutions and services with a proven client execution track record
  • Requires a broad understanding of multiple technology solution areas in healthcare with knowledge in imaging and patient monitoring.
  • Expert in asset management, services, productivity improvement and capital planning
