Sales Enablement Manager, Service Contracts

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the way Philips serves customers in the North American healthcare market.

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide sales enablement and marketing support to the Service Solutions Sales team as part of our larger Service Marketing strategy. Additionally, you will provide direct support to the Sales teams to ensure success and gather feedback from teams to support continuous improvement of enablement programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and sales enablement programs in partnership with Business Marketing Managers, continuously monitoring and measuring, seeking out actionable insights, and taking appropriate actions to drive business results.
  • Manage centralized internal and customer-facing collateral, training, contact lists, etc. via Sales Enablement platform (Seismic).
  • Improve utilization of Sales Enablement Platform through obtaining a deep understanding of the needs of the supported sales teams, ensuring content is accessible in a user-friendly fashion.
  • Partner with experts and provide ongoing training and support in service of greater utilization of Seismic in general and advanced features.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business; MBA a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, healthcare, or medical technology products and solutions; additional experience in sales, sales enablement, or marketing operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy, strong understanding of and experience with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms such as Seismic.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing programs and tracking success and impact.
