Solar Industry Business Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and self-directed sales professional to join our team as a Solar Industry Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with local solar installers, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Foster meaningful business relationships with solar installers in the Dallas region.
- Participate in sales events and marketing activities to promote BayWa r.e. products and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the solar industry and its products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- At least two years of solar B2B sales experience.
- Experience in the distribution space is a plus.
- Spanish speaking skills are an asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Physical Requirements:
