We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within our assigned territory.
About the Role:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical facilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your consultative selling skills to close deals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform your sales approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive business results
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
