We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. About the Role:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical facilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your consultative selling skills to close deals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform your sales approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive business results

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
