Job Overview

This Inside Sales Representative role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and be a part of our sales force.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Quotations and Order Entry: Prepare pump quotations and complete quote packages for customers, as well as enter orders and support our outside sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of industrial pumps, motors, and related equipment.
  • Understanding of specifications and drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Windows literate and high school diploma or equivalent required.
