Job Description:

As a Relationship Manager at Green Bear Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our solar and roofing business. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their energy and roofing needs, and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects by generating leads, networking, and engaging with potential clients.
  • Educate homeowners and business owners on the benefits of solar energy and roofing solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and consultations to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Close sales and guide customers through the entire purchasing process, from proposal to installation.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote referral business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products or services in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar, roofing, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Able to build lasting relationships with clients and referral partners.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy and/or construction industries is a plus, but not required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience and performance). We offer a flexible schedule and autonomy in managing your time and client relationships.
