Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Ames Tools, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue and growth for our products by establishing new distribution partners and end-user customers within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and contact potential new customers within your assigned territory using outbound telephone calls, email, chat, and video conferencing to sell all Ames Tools Corporation products.
  • Establish new distribution partners, including drywall yards, building material dealers, STAFDA dealers, and independent tool dealers.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key end-user customers to drive sell-through at Ames stores and all other distribution partners, including e-commerce.
  • Maintain a CRM customer database and all related activities with the CRM customer database.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Drive incremental revenue for Ames Tool Corporation through frequent and consistent communication and presentation of solutions for distribution partners and end-users.
