Key Responsibilities- Lead and Mentor a Team: Guide and support a team of up to 8 Account Executives to drive individual and team performance.

- Formulate and Execute a Regional Business Plan: Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed plan and drive customer success.
- Establish and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts, strategic partners, and industry influencers.
- Evangelize and Promote Sales Methodology: Promote the adoption of PagerDuty's validated sales methodology and drive adoption and expertise within your team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Support and Coach Reps: Support and coach reps daily in account development, penetration, success, qualification, discovery, deal management, and closing activities.
- Lead a Disciplined Operating Motion: Lead a disciplined and efficient operating motion that maximizes time with customers/prospects and fosters a predictable, high-growth business.
- Deliver Pipeline Information and Forecast: Deliver timely and accurate pipeline information and forecast to PagerDuty leadership.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- 8+ years quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on technology.
- A minimum of 5 years of leading individual contributor sales people to success in high growth, complex environments.
- Exhibit ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales talent.
- A track record of accurately forecasting sales results.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to work in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
- Reciprocal spirit and communication skills.
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, CoM, Challenger Sales).
