Operations Associate

Freestyle Snacks is a dynamic company seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the accuracy of all inventory in our IMS system and across 3rd party partners. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment, while your ability to build strong relationships with supply chain partners will drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place POs for all finished goods and raw materials, and ensure timely receipt.
  • Manage inventory accuracy in our IMS system and across 3rd party partners.
  • Oversee B2B and B2C order processing & fulfillment.
  • Coordinate 3PL inventory needs across warehousing and logistics.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with supply chain partners.
  • Manage demand and replenishment plans for our Amazon and other online marketplace channels.
  • Support new product launches.
  • Maintain KPIs and build critical reports for the operation and business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in CPG (experience with manufacturers, suppliers, or retailers is a bonus)
  • Experience in demand / supply planning and inventory management is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new tools/systems
