Job Overview

Amplio is a leading AI-powered asset recovery firm that enables clients to resell their surplus and used equipment, giving it a second life and preventing it from ending up in landfills. We're looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to join our operations team and help us scale the business. This role offers a fast track to moving into operations management and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to sellers and buyers, ensuring transactions happen smoothly and inventory is delivered effectively.
  • Proactively resolve issues throughout the transaction lifecycle, communicating clearly with stakeholders and providing swift resolution to challenges.
  • Timely onboard new sellers and buyers, gathering necessary information and leveraging internal tools to process inventory data and distribute it to potential buyers.
  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with internal and external partners, executing the end-to-end movement of freight shipments from sellers to buyers.
  • Monitor and update operational systems and procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing data, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting new approaches to streamline operations.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field, preferably in a tech or supply chain environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with collaboration tools like Slack.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to calmly and effectively work through solving problems in a fast-moving environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to grow and learn within the operations function.
