Senior Operations Coordinator

As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you'll be the front line of our customer service, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient inventory delivery. You'll work proactively to resolve issues, communicate clearly with sellers and buyers, and provide swift resolutions to challenges. Your team will be responsible for timely onboarding of new sellers and buyers, leveraging internal tools to process inventory data, coordinating logistics operations, and executing end-to-end freight shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to sellers and buyers, ensuring smooth transactions and efficient inventory delivery.
- Proactively resolve issues, communicate clearly, and provide swift resolutions to challenges.
- Onboard new sellers and buyers, leveraging internal tools to process inventory data.
- Coordinate logistics operations, execute end-to-end freight shipments, and ensure timely delivery of inventory.
- Monitor and update operational systems and procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Assist in preparing data, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting new approaches to streamline operations.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field, preferably in a tech or supply chain environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Google Suite and experience with collaboration tools like Slack.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a calm and effective approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, with a desire to grow and learn within the operations function.
