Job Summary
We are seeking an Engagement Coordinator to join our team at the Park Slope Women's Shelter in Brooklyn. This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) with a competitive salary of $52,500-$57,500 annually. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging clients with skills to obtain employment or enroll in vocational training programs. They will also develop workshop curriculum, track incidents, and analyze data to inform program improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, peers, supervisors, and funders
- Provide direct interventions with culturally sensitive approaches
- Develop community-based resources and supports
- Conduct CPI trainings and facilitate workshops
- Ensure attainment of funding objectives and performance measures

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.W.) and two years of applicable experience; Master's Degree preferred
- May require First Aid/CPR certification, overdose prevention certification, and Train the Trainer CPI certification
- Bi-lingual preferred
